The personal information that you share in relation to your utilization of the Fujitsu Research Portal (the ”Portal”), encompassing but not limited to your name, contact details, username and details about your use of the Portal, shall be utilized by Fujitsu Limited (located in Japan) for the following purposes:

・To facilitate a search functionality where users can add other users as participants in their projects. This will only include sharing username and user ID as necessary.

We use Microsoft, specifically employing Microsoft Forms, as a sub-contractor for the customer request form incorporated within the Portal (for example, when a customer asks inquiries or requests a sample source code). The particulars entered by you into the Microsoft Form will be processed by Microsoft in accordance with the terms and conditions of Microsoft, and these particulars will be stored within the United States of America.

If you are unable to provide personal information, regrettably, you will not be able to apply for the use of this Portal.
